Senior Towel Fit is an online fitness program designed for seniors! The only requirements needed are a willing body and a standard, cloth towel! Let’s get moving — let’s get Senior Towel Fit!

Senior Towel Fit – Week 1

Let’s get moving! During the first week, we’ll workout the larger muscle groups: chest, back, and legs to build a firm foundation for the weeks to come! This week has three resistance training days, three optional cardio days, and one rest day. Let’s get moving!

It’s time to get moving again! In Week 2, we’re adding core exercises to the mix! The routine will be the same: chest, back, and leg with optional cardio days after each, and a rest day at the end, with core exercises at the end of each resistance day! Let’s get moving!
